Latest Rituals

“The red-tailed hawk, whose flight is praise / bursts from the sky”
This poem emerged from an exploration of the component words of Kislev: kis (pocket) and lev (heart)
“It isn’t only oil but / The flame of faith that burns”
“Creation happens through the dark”
“We can’t see a seed of light / In the brightness of the day”
“i am the rock that burst open”
“We are here / To find the cracks / At the edges of possibilities”
“Shine to me, stars. / There’s too much light.”
“Stand firm in the time of withering”
“Whatever is being born / In the darkened seed / Of Mar Heshvan / Is welcomed”
