Latest Rituals

“Not that we didn’t feel responsible, but really it was God”
“we wander in the wilderness of our minds / Searching for the illusive path”
“Jacob teaches, / We weave / And reweave, / The narratives / Of our lives”
“May you know your bounty”
“For a short while the lights mingle harmoniously”
“For the first time / I will miss / The Hanukkah lights”
“I look to the next candle in line, / still alive with yellow glow and hope”
“On the land / we were forbidden to light / candles, they now burn / under rocket-fire”
“We never threw our brother / into a well, but coveted / his stories and dreams”
“Teach us to spin apart the light in this dark.”
