Latest Rituals

“May we discover shattered shards scattered amidst pebbles / floating on seaweed / pressed up against mountain cliffs…”
“If we open onto teshuvah / We might push through the gate of compassion…”
“Does she have unfinished business? Someone she needs to forgive her? Someone she needs to forgive?”
“And let there be peace upon all  who carry wounds from their fathers…”
“Did you know nesher might have meant vulture? people say that…”
“What are my hollow prayers, compared to this, / this whirling, twirling, joyous atonement alive?”
“Sing and dance in exaltation, / gift of wisdom; truths conferred.”
“So I studied my family’s history her story / create joy in her holy days…”
“They will sing to you melodies of ascent…”
“those who dance as they hold as they dance through all life; those who reach up from a wheelchair; out from a walker; or wobbling, out from a cane.”
