Tallit Blessings: Tying the Knots

Eli, My G-d:

Bless me with health, wholeness

Vitality and joy

As I prepare to tie these knots.

With each knot, I bind my

name and deeds to You

As You have bound Yourself to me.

With each twist and knot, I call “Hineni.”

I am here and I will follow Your call.

Caressing the twists and knots of love,

I sense Your Eternal Presence.

I am Yours and You are mine.

Together we work to repair our precious world.
