A Heart-Centered Morning Ritual

Sandi Cohen, 91, a spiritual director and retired psychotherapist, is a member of a Ritualwell Jewish Writers’ Circle.

Jewish Writers’ Circles are peer-led communities of writers that explore Jewish wisdom texts, deepen relationships and grow in their writing practice through monthly gatherings.

In response to a prompt about meaningful rituals in our lives, Sandi wrote about her unique and powerful rituals that begin her day with blessings amd study. We hope that listening to her video may inspire your own morning practice.
