Where Is God

Chorus:

Where is God I wonder
When I lay me down to sleep
I know you’re in the heavens heights
And in the ocean deep
I know that you are always near
But sometimes I’m not too sure
Where is God, I wonder
In hatred, fear and war

The world’s a scary place
And it would really help to know
You’re watching over us
Over all your children, so
In light of all this mess
Could you please just send a sign
We sure could use a miracle
Some help from the Divine

[Chorus]

I pray for peace in every heart
In every living thing
I wish I knew what more to do
All I can do is sing
I may not have the answers
But at least I’ve got a prayer
It helps me to remember
That You are everywhere

[Chorus]
