Blessing for the Body

Blessed are You, the Unembodied One, before whom we appear in the imperfect flesh that holds our part of Your perfected wisdom. Our openings and vessels and tubes and connections are many and varied; they are a source of wonder and of suffering; they carry us through our lives and they fail us. As we approach Your Glory, we honor and accept our flawed physical beings and find the apertures through which we may access the Divine. Blessed are you, Miraculous One, who opens us to the wondrous process of healing and the miracle of compassion.
