אֵלֶ֣יךָ יְהוָ֣ה אֶקְרָ֑א וְאֶל־אֲ֝דֹנָ֗י אֶתְחַנָּֽן׃
שְׁמַע־יְהוָ֥ה וְחָנֵּ֑נִי יְ֝הוָה הֱ⁠‍ֽיֵה־עֹזֵ֥ר לִֽי׃

Eilecha Adonay ekran ve’el Adonay et-chanan
Shema Adonay vechoneini Adonay heyey ozer li

To you, THE FOUNT OF LIFE, I used to call, and from my benefactor I sought help unmerited.

Adam Cerino Jones is a rabbinical student at the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, the current president of the Reconstructionist Student Association, and the Rabbinic Advisor for the Haverford College Jewish Student Union. Adam is a passionate student and teacher of Torah and Talmud, and after years of secular songwriting has recently started composing Jewish music. He lives in West Philadelphia with his wife and their pets.
