What is Jewish Meditation, and how can we integrate it into our own lives and existing spiritual practices?
In this Ritualwell Immersion, we will learn and discuss key texts about Jewish meditation, and practice meditative exercises described by our spiritual teachers over thousands of years. We will explore a variety of Jewish meditations that can help us make everyday moments sacred: texts and practices on meditative or mindful eating, breathing, visualization and prayer. Then, building on this inspiration, we will take time to create our own intentions or meditations, designed specifically for our own personal needs.

No prior experience in Jewish meditation or meditation writing in general is necessary for this Immersio – all are welcome.

All sessions will be recorded and sent to participants. We encourage live attendance for you to get the most out of the experience.
