Patti Haskell

Reconstructionist rabbi retired (happily) in Asheville. W Before retiring myself I worked at Seacrest Retirement Villages in Encinitas CA for eleven years. I loved leading weekly Shabbat services, services for the High Holy Days and all the haggim, services in the sukkah, Pesach Seders, & so much more. Now I’m enjoying not doing all that! What I do miss is the residents. Even today (4 years since I moved to AVL) I miss them. When I was in high school I started writing. In 11th grade my poems were  published in our school journal & I’ve been writing on & off ever since.
