Rabbi David Mevorach Seidenberg

Rabbi David is the creator of neohasid.org and the author of Kabbalah and Ecology: God’s Image in the More-Than-Human World (Cambridge, 2015). David’s liturgical work and his translation of Eikhah-Laments are well-known and widely-used. His scholarly research focuses most often on the intersection of Jewish thought and human rights, animal rights, and ecology – see his article on Jewish indigeneity, www.tikkun.org/the-third-promise/.  David is also an avid dancer and a composer of Jewish and classical music.
