Go Out and In: For Pesakh

Go out! Go out but in.

Go out and into your homes and make justice real as the dirt on your fingertips.

And let the next garden come from within humble listening and witnessing to the movement of the ground and the miracle of parched and parting seas.

Unfolding!

Out and in.

In time, a well full over will always run dry. And Jews must ever seek our fill through ancestral emptying.

Heeding the mouths of forgotten strangers.

Revealing a Word, though lost, is reaching.

Arms outstretching.

Out and In. In our neighbours. Out and in. Shared redemption complete and close by.

May we go far from ourselves and come back to ourselves. In this time. For all of Time.
Out and In.
Amen.
