Blessing for Children

The Book of Blessings, published by Marcia Falk in 1996, has become a cherished treasure of modern liturgy. The alternative blessings for daughters and sons that she offers for the Friday-evening tradition can be used for any occastion.

הֲיִי אֲשֶׁר תִּהְיִי וַהֲיִי בְּרוּכָה בַּאֲשֶׁר תִּהְיִי

 Hayi asher tihyi –
vahayi berukhah

and may you be blessed
