Each Hebrew New Year

Each Hebrew New Year we are given the opportunity to to reinvent ourselves
Not sad but glorious
Not fear but joy
Not shrinking smaller but gloriously expanding
These 40 days help us
To reinvent ourselves
As better and more joyous individuals
As a better and more joyous local and larger Jewish community
I do not wait for these days to correct and apologize. I do that when and where I make errors
During these days I examine both errors and accomplishments
I construct a plan to employ my abilities to help individuals and communities. I try to be honest about my skills and possible positive Useful Uses of these skills
I ask The help of Hashem and my close community in this process during this wonderful time of our year
May we all be blessed with New plans to reinvent ourselves for the new year and may these plans bring us and our communities little moments of joy.
