“From my flesh, I will perceive God.” (Job:19)
Many of us in the Jewish community have experienced feelings of fear, anger, and grief over the past year. In times of turmoil and uncertainty, our bodies may harbor emotions that our conscious minds fail to recognize.
Join poet Corie Feiner as she leads us through movement and breath work to enhance our awareness of what’s occurring within our bodies. Together, we will create poetry inspired by the idea that each body—and every part of it—contains ancestral memories, celebrations, traumas, and stories longing to be shared. Discover how fostering a deeper connection between our mind, body, and spirit can pave the way to greater peace in our external lives.
The session will be recorded and sent to participants. We encourage live attendance for you to get the most out of the experience.
