Rabbi Aderet Drucker

Rabbi Aderet Drucker is a social entrepreneur, spiritual leader, educator, and a mindfulness meditation teacher. Rabbi Drucker serves as the Executive Director of the Den Collective, building a unique model for intentional community building and belonging in partnership with 20s, 30s, and 40s throughout the DC Metro Area. After receiving her rabbinic ordination and concentration in pastoral care from the Jewish Theological Seminary, Rabbi Drucker served as senior rabbi for a congregation in Northern California. As the Campus Rabbi for Maryland Hillel, she co-founded UMD’s first Interfaith Student Fellowship. She is a certified Jewish Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, having completed a two-year training with Or HaLev and the Institute for Jewish Spirituality. Rabbi Aderet is a Global Justice Fellow with American Jewish World Service (AJWS) and was selected for the inaugural cohort of JCADA’s Ambassador Program, dedicated to creating safe spaces for survivors of intimate partner violence.
