Embassy Knowledge Park

I am interested in Embassy Knowledge Park for a number of reasons; the mix of apartments, G+2 villas and the general master planning of the township. I like analyzing the different layouts of apartments and villas (both to study internal space and to see how a couple, a family nucleus, a joint family or even friends living together would utilize each of the available spaces) and a broad analysis of the floor space offered and interior layouts. Amenities, landscaping, leisure zones, and the interface between a private residence and communal neighborhood are also some aspects that always interest me. Observing how properties in North Bangalore develop enables me to comprehend changes in residential development, and relate them to the creation of new infrastructure & commercial zones in that region, all the while collecting relevant information to aid in analysis.
