Embodying the Tree of Life – A Mind, Body, Spirit Awakening Practice

Awaken your whole being to the endless possibilities for joy and grace in your everyday life.

This simple body/mind/spirit practice, uses the paradigm of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life to activate our bodies as a conduit for the Infinite Life Force. No prior knowledge of the Sephirot or movement expertise is needed – just your willingness to receive their gifts.

This practice can also be done from a chair or bed!  The Divine flows from every position – without limits. Rabbi Tsurah August is our guide as we receive the Divine flow of the 10 Sephirot through our bodies.

Before becoming a rabbi and chaplain, (Smicha through Reb Zalman/AOP, and Ordination from AJR), Tsurah was a professional dancer, choreographer and movement educator for people with a broad range of movement and cognitive abilities.   At age 78, dance is still her beloved form of prayer.
