Do you struggle to unplug, put away work and personal demands, and take time to rest and restore your mind, body and spirit?
A weekly welcoming Shabbat ritual can help–whether or not you have an existing Shabbat practice.
Get to know Ritualwell’s NEW Director of Virtual Content and Programs Gabrielle Kaplan-Mayer as she leads us through writing prompts and exercises to explore our emotions and energy connected to unplugging, resting and finding tranquility in the midst of our demanding and sometimes challenging lives.
“Shabbat Shalom” is a greeting that we offer to others–but we’ll learn how it can become a mantra that we offer ourselves as we create rituals to bring us a sense of inner calm, quiet and maybe even contentment.
All sessions will be recorded and sent to participants. We encourage live attendance for you to get the most out of the experience.
