Fridays, October 20, 27 and November 3, 10, 2023

12-1:30 p.m. Eastern

“Shabbat Shalom” is a greeting we offer to others that can also become a mantra for finding a sense of calm, quiet and even contentment within. In this Immersion, we’ll read poetry and texts, listen to music and look at art focused on Shabbat, rest and tranquility. We will engage in writing prompts and exercises to explore our emotions and energy around these themes. Participants will have the opportunity to craft original rituals to prepare for Shabbat and to harness the peace and rest it brings into their lives.
This Immersion is ideal for anyone seeking a Shabbat connection. No existing practice or Shabbat observance of any kind is required.
All sessions will be recorded and sent to participants. We encourage live attendance for you to get the most out of the experience.
