How might we use the gifts of our ancestors to unlock and heal inherited intergenerational trauma? In this immersion, we will connect with our ancestral lineage through active waking and sleeping dreamwork. Using the PARDES Kabbalistic style of reading Torah to take us through levels of consciousness, time, and space, we will enter sacred time to heal our past and pass along to our descendants those gifts and blessings. We are the dreams of our ancestors and can manifest the brightest ones to our descendants.

During this class, you will be invited to actively engage in a variety of experiential activities. In addition to reading source materials, Linda will co-create a container of safety in which we will gather, and members will have time to share their stories and experiences at the level and depth that feels right to each one. Guided mediations using active dreamwork, time travel to the past and future, and opportunities to engage in dream circles with the class as a whole and in hevruta will be part of the sessions. “Homework” to do in your sleep between classes will be offered to enhance dream practices and teach the technique of dream incubation to ask for guidance.

All sessions will be recorded and sent to participants. We encourage live attendance for you to get the most out of the experience.
