Roasting Rabbi Coffee: Uganda

Roasting Rabbi Coffee in cooperation with Thanksgiving Coffee Roasters is proud to offer this unique coffee, freshly batch roasted. A portion of profits from sales of this coffee will be donated to the "The Naminyoni Community of Shalom Coffee Cooperative" to help provide ongoing infrastructure to support their collaborative work.
"I am very excited to be able to offer Uganda coffee from this amazing interfaith coffee project. In a unique setting, the farmers in this cooperative are Jewish, Christian, and Muslim. The organization of farmers and villages strive to create pathways of sustaining each other and their various communities. For me, it fits my ideal in roasting coffee, connecting values and traceability from farm to cup. And creating a little bit of peace between neighbors along the way."
